Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lean clump roast meat (2 lb.)
    1 large whole onion
    1 pkg. carrots (1 lb.)
    2 to 3 potatoes
    3 stalks celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 to 4 chopped dill pickles
    2 heaping Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise to desired texture
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    If necessary, cover with spread of mayonnaise and refrigerate.
