Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. warm water
1 to 2 yeast
1 2/3 c. dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
1/3 c. sugar
handful brown sugar
3 Tbsp. honey
5 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. salt
5 c. rye flour
white flour to make dough stiff
Preparation
-
Let raise.
Make into loaves (4 to 5).
Raise, double in size. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
