Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 (10.5 oz. each) cans pizza sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Mozzarella
1 loaf French bread, cubed
Preparation

Crumble beef in 2-quart casserole.
Add onion and microwave 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
Drain off fat.
Add cornstarch and seasonings to pizza sauce; stir well. Add to meat.
Microwave 4 minutes.
Combine cheeses and add to sauce mixture 1/3 at a time, microwaving 1 minute after each addition.
Stir well.
Serve with bread cubes.
(Reheat as necessary, or serve in fondue pot or chafing dish).
Serves 4 to 6.
