Working Parent'S Overnight Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (26 to 30 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Break noodles in half; set aside.
    Stir herbs into cottage cheese.
    Reserve 1/2 cup Mozzarella.
    Spread enough sauce on bottom of deep 8 or 9-inch square pan to cover entire surface. Cover with 1/3 of noodles, breaking and overlapping to fit. Spread 1/2 of cottage cheese over noodles.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of remaining Mozzarella and 1/3 of remaining sauce.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Uncover; bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Top with reserved Mozzarella and bake 10 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
