Laurine'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 bay leaf
    1 stalk celery
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sweet pickles, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil hen in water with bay leaf, celery stalk, salt and pepper.
    When hen is done, cool it, then remove all skin and bones from meat.
    Add chopped eggs, mayonnaise and sweet pickles.
