Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef and onion; drain well and add rest of ingredients.
Cover and simmer until well blended.
Makes 2 cups or enough for 10 hot dogs.
