Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
2 to 2 1/2 c. chicken broth and deboned chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick saltine crackers
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Cook chicken and debone.
Combine all ingredients except oleo and crackers.
Put in greased casserole dish. Crush crackers on top and dot with the whole stick of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 50 minutes. Cook an additional 10 minutes, uncovered. Salt and pepper as needed.
