Magic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 to 17 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry pie shell (see Plain Pastry recipe on page 47)
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until sharp bladed knife inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool. Refrigerate.
