Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) tomato juice
2 c. water
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. dehydrated onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. sweet pepper
1 envelope beef bouillon
sweetener to equal 1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of garlic
Preparation

Cook all ingredients until tender.
May add 1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms and/or a 16-ounce can of French-style wax beans.
