Easy Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small eggplants, peeled
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. cooking wine
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    6 cloves sliced garlic
Preparation
    Mix dry seasoning, oil, wine and garlic, along with tomato sauce.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Fry eggplant slices.
    Put line of eggplant in glass dish; cover with half of cheese.
    Put remaining eggplant slices on next.
    Pour tomato sauce mixture on top.
    Cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
