Alex'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, bacon or vegetable (broccoli)
    6 slices bread
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Put bread in pan and then add meat or vegetable.
    Mix half and half, eggs and dry mustard.
    Pour over meat or vegetable.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
