Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    4 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
Preparation
    Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, salt and pepper in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine soup and milk. Pour over potato mixture. Trim fat from pork chops. Brown both sides in a skillet.\tPlace on top of potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0
