Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream (or more as desired)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. onion salt or onion, chopped fine to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cook until tender and drain.
    Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Also real onion if desired.
