Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 5 oz. jar of Old English cheese
    1/2 5 oz. jar of Roka or blue cheese
    1/2 c. minced or grated onion
    1 Tbsp. ground pecans
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    extra ground pecans and parsley to roll balls in
Preparation
    Have ingredients at room temperature.
    Mash the cheeses with a fork.
    Mix in onion, pecans and parsley.
    Chill for 2 hours. Form into a ball or make small 1 inch balls.
    Roll balls in a mixture of chopped pecans and parsley.
    Put toothpicks in small balls.
    Serve with favorite crackers.
