Rosamarina Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1/2 box Gioia Rosamarina
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, saving juice.
    To pineapple juice, add egg, flour and sugar.
    Stir and cook until thick.
    Let cool.
    Cook Rosamarina; rinse well.
    Mix. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
    Next day, add fruit (drained) and fold in Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
