Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 small jars baby carrot food
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    nuts and raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all these well.
    Bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
