Linda'S Homemade Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic (optional)
1 1/4 c. ketchup
Dash of Chili powder
Preparation

In small skillet, saute bell pepper and onion,1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic, ketchup and Chili powder. Mix well. Heat thoroughly. Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
