Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices bread (cut crusts off)
8 slices ham (1/8 to 1/4-inch thick)
8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
8 beaten eggs
3 c. milk
3 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Layer dish with 8 slices of bread.
Cover with slices of ham and cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pour over bread.
Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
When ready to cook, add melted butter to crushed corn flakes and spread over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Good morning!
