Bud'S Birthday Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. canola oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped prunes
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
Blend in flour, soda and salt.
Add buttermilk.
Mix in spices and vanilla.
Stir in prunes and nuts. Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Pour in cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
