Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Blend together in mixer.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Especially good with Cream Cheese Frosting.
