Margaret'S Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw apples, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1/2 c. oil (canola)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Stir first 4 ingredients together.
    In a separate bowl mix: flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix all together and add to apple mixture with walnuts.
    Stir with spoon by hand.
    Grease and flour pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes, depending on pan size.
