Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dried bread cubes
    2 c. salmon
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. red pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. mushroom soup
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place 1/2 of bread cubes in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish. Mix together onion, celery, peppers, mayonnaise and fish.
    Spread over bread cubes.
    Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
    Add remaining bread cubes over top.
