Ingredients

2 eggs
4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk. Sift dry ingredients into batter. Beat until smooth. Add melted butter last. Let set one hour. Mix again before cooking in butter or margarine. Use hot pan.
