Better Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. sprouts
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
8 cloves coarsely chopped garlic
1 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
freshly squeezed lemon
Preparation
-
Cut off stems from sprouts and remove outer yellow layer.
Cut small x in bottom of each.
Rinse in cold water; drain and pat dry.
