Southwest Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. (4 oz. tin) chopped green chiles
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Mix together dry ingredients (I use 1/4 cup baking mix in place of flour, baking powder and salt) and beat into eggs with a wire whisk.
    Add the cottage cheese and mix well.
    Add the other cheeses, margarine and chiles; mix well.
