Homemade Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Carnation milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar and cocoa together.
Make sugar there are no lumps. Add other ingredients.
Boil slow for 5 minutes.
Ice layers while icing is still hot.
