Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 medium Vidalia onion, minced
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Blend with other ingredients.
Mixture will be fairly soft.
Chill slightly.
Form into a ball and chill until party time.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on wax paper.
Roll ball in this to cover.
