Scripture Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Judges 5:25 (butter)
    2 c. Jeremiah 6:20 (sugar)
    2 c. Nahum 3:12 (figs)
    6 Isaiah 10:14 (eggs)
    1/2 c. Judges 4:19 (milk)
    4 1/2 c. 1 Kings 4:22 (flour)
    2 tsp. Amos 4:2 (baking powder)
    2 Tbsp. 1 Samuel 14:25 (honey)
    2 c. 1 Samuel 30:12 (raisins)
    2 c. Numbers 17:8 (almonds)
    11 Chronicles 9:9 (spices)
    pinch Leviticus 2:13 (salt)
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar. Chop figs and add part of flour with baking powder.
    Add remaining flour.
    Add alternately to creamed mixture with egg mixture.
    Beat well.
    Add honey.
    Chop raisins and almonds.
    Add to mixture with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
