Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 1/2 c. corn chips, crushed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheese (Monterey Jack and Cheddar are best)
Preparation
    Brown
    meat.
    Stir
    in water and taco mix.
    Press rolls into an\tungreased
    9 or 10-inch pan.
    Sprinkle corn chips on rolls. Add
    meat
    mixture\tand
    sour cream.
    Top with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is brown.\tTo serve, surround
    with shredded lettuce.
    Garnish with avocado and tomato slices.
    Serves 6.
