French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions, halved and sliced vertically
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can Swanson beef broth
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    2 slices French bread, toasted
    1/2 c. cheese of choice (Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Swiss or 4 cheese mixture)
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Add beef broth and bouillon.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour into 2 soup bowls (individual).
    Place bread on top.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
