Sausage Party Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
3/4 c. onion
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix (dry)
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. rice
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. chopped pepper
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Brown the sausage, pour off excess fat.
Saute pepper, onion and celery in excess fat.
