Sugarless Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white grape juice
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
    1 cooled baked pie shell
Preparation
    Stir first 3 ingredients together in a saucepan.
    Cook until clear, constantly stirring.
    Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Refrigerate until partially set, like egg white.
    Gently mix in fresh strawberries.
    Pour into cooled baked pie shell. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
