Nippy Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    4 c. unsalted assorted nuts (peanuts, pecans, almonds, walnuts)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in spices.
    Add nuts; stir until coated.
    Spread in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven; cool on pan.
    Store in an airtight container.
    Yields 4 cups.
