Microwave Beef Stroganoff Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. (4 oz.) uncooked medium wide noodles
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine beef, onion and garlic in 2-quart microproof casserole. Place in oven.
Cook on High 3 minutes.
Pause and stir; cook in microwave on High 2 minutes.
Stir in noodles, mushrooms, broth and pepper.
Cover with casserole lid or plastic and cook on half power 11 minutes.
Stir, cover and cook on half power for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Blend in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Serves 6.
