Pearl "Nanny" Fowler'S Chicken Livers With Rice - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
1 c. 5 Minute rice
1 can onion soup
1 1/2 lb. chicken livers
Preparation

Melt butter in a casserole dish.
Pour in uncooked rice.
Add onion soup and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until rice is tender, but not dry. Ten minutes before rice is ready, roll chicken livers in flour and stick repeatedly with a fork to prevent popping.
Fry until well done and arrange on top of rice. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
