Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Combine margarine or butter, honey and mustard, salt and curry powder.
Pour over chicken.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake chicken 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely brown.
Good served with rice.
