Stuffed Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. crabmeat
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1 stick butter
garlic powder
salt and pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bunch green onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs, milk and eggs; set aside.
In a skillet, saute butter, onion, green onion, bell pepper and garlic.
When soft, add crabmeat, salt and pepper (to taste) and continue to saute.
Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and bread crumb mixture.
Mix well and cook on low fire until light brown.
Stir often to prevent sticking.
