Easy Bread And Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg (optional)
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add 2 1/2 cups flour, oil, sugar, salt and egg.
    Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Add remaining flour and knead until elastic and smooth (10 minutes).
    Let rise until doubled in bulk and shape into 2 large loaves or 4 dozen rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    I make cinnamon rolls.
