Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water.
    Mash as you usually do.
    Mix in all other ingredients; beat until well blended.
    Cool and store in covered container in refrigerator.
    To heat, place desired amount in casserole.
    Spread with margarine and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    (These potatoes will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.)
