Venison Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Put venison, bacon and onion through grinder.
    Mix well and add egg and seasonings.
    Form into patties.
    Roll in flour or bread crumbs and fry.
