Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. squash, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Steam squash and onion in a saucepan until tender; drain.
Add stuffing mix, milk, eggs and cheese; mix well.
Spoon into lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
