Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced bananas (I mash my bananas)
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Put dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix, then add oil, pineapple, vanilla, eggs and bananas.
Blend, don't beat.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
