Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red sockeye salmon
    minced onion
    saltine crackers
    salt and pepper
    curry (optional)
    milk
Preparation
    Layer salmon in casserole dish with crunched crackers; add seasonings.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs or a few more cracker crumbs.
    Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
