Diet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato puree
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef and onions.
    Drain off fat.
    Add puree, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Thaw spinach and squeeze out water.
    Combine spinach and cottage cheese.
    In a 9-inch square or 7 x 11-inch dish, arrange in layers:
    spinach mixture, meat mixture and cheese.
    Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 6.
