Meat Loaf For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 lb. ground beef or meat loaf mixture
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape into two loaves.
    Place in ungreased pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    If desired, top one loaf with catsup, chili sauce or strips of cheese.
    Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve this loaf immediately.
    Cool remaining loaf.
    Wrap in foil; label and freeze.
    To serve frozen loaf, place foil-wrapped frozen loaf on oven rack.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
