Company Ham Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked ham
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve liquid.
    Cut chunks in half.
    Blend mayonnaise, mustard, seasoning and pineapple juice.
    Stir in pineapple and remaining ingredients.
    Serve cold as a salad or bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika or almonds.
    Makes 6 servings.
