Steak Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Cut off separable fat from meat and discard.
    Cut lean meat into 1/2 x 3-inch strips.
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add ginger, garlic powder, salt and broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat, cover pan and cook for 1 hour or until tender.
