Delicious Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    8 tsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
    8 lemon slices
Preparation
    Put pork chops in baking dish.
    Mix ketchup and water; pour over pork chops.
    Add 1 teaspoon brown sugar onto each chop. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put 1 slice lemon on each chop. Cover and bake in slow oven (275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0) for 2 hours.
    Add more ketchup and water mixture if it gets too dry. Baste.
    Uncover the last 1/2 hour.
    Best served with noodles.
