Cottage Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
    2 c. bananas (optional)
    sugar
    vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-O according to instructions using the juice from the pineapple as part of the liquid.
    Refrigerate until set. Beat the Jell-O with a mixer.
    Fold in the cottage cheese and pineapple chunks until well mixed.
    Whip the cream. Season with sugar and vanilla to taste.
    Add the raspberries and last fold in the whipped cream.
    Stir in bananas if desired. Chill and serve.
