Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork or beef roast
4 small onions, peeled
10 small potatoes, peeled
4 peeled carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook roast until tender.
Add vegetables and cook 15 more minutes.
Salt and pepper (to taste).
Simmer 15 more minutes.
